When I heard there was going to be a guest speaker….
“When I heard there was going to be a guest speaker the following Friday I didn’t know what to think. Here we go, another scared straight dude. What kind of person was going to speak, and what there main topic was going to be on. When I got to drug court I saw a jacked tatoo covered individual talking to Candy, and one of the bailifs. When he started to talk I told myself this isn’t trying to put the scare into us kids to do what they wanted us to do.
He was trying to help us. Guide us to the right direction in life so we don’t go through the hell he went through. Show us where we were headed in life if we continue taking the road of breaking the law and making bad decisions….I did a lot of thinking while he was speaking. Comparing the situation he was caught up in with mine. I need to make better choices… “M from drug court
